None of this drama is Beamer's or VT's fault, however they will be linked together as long as Michael Vick's name is on any of the facilities or his jersey hangs in Lane Stadium.
If he is found guilty, VT should remove anything having to do with Vick and disassociate themselves from him completely.
Vick is linked to Va Tech because he is STILL the face of Va Tech. When you mention Tech and football, everyone thinks Mike Vick. It doesn't help any that his degenerate brother was a thug just a few years ago at Tech too.
Seems like some of this was said to have happen while he was at Tech in school.

Hmm.. the one of the first reports said he was a heavyweight in pitbull fighting while he was at Tech. Guess it depends on what and where you read.

I read the same thing too, and have talked to people who know some people on the football staff at VT, mainly trainers (who are always around the team), and they said that even back at VT he was big into it.
